SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders are shipped within 4-8 weeks. All orders are shipped UPS. Those designated with a (T) will be shipped by truck. Shipping charges collect - you pay the driver.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Our responsibility ceases after we obtain carrier's receipt. All claims for loss or damage should be made direct to the transportation company, except United Parcel shipment. DO NOT REFUSE TO ACCEPT SHIPMENTS WHICH SHOW EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE. When such a shipment is refused and returned to us, unnecessary shipping expenses are incurred which must be deducted from any credit issued. Claims should be filed by consignee directly with the carrier. They are always responsible for breakage in transit. We will assist you in every way possible to collect your claims for loss and damage.
